With a combined 26 years of experience, Advanced Benefit Advisors is able to assemble cost-effective plans tailored to meet the specific needs of each client. Our strategies can eliminate inefficient spending and reduce the amount of revenue spent on a benefit package.
How we are different:
Face-to-face client meetings, four per year
Circumstances constantly arise that affect your business and benefits strategy. And not all will conveniently coincide with your plan's renewal.
With that in mind, ABA schedules a minimum of four face-to-face meetings annually for benefits review, issues, and strategy. Not merely a voice on the phone, an ABA representative will meet with your team to help look ahead at potential problems as well as fix any that may have occurred.
The call center
The ABA call center is available to employees and employers for any issues that arise -- from the simple to the the complex.
Every issue is documented with a benefits service ticket and is tracked from the original call until its resolution. This tracking reveals common areas that may require employee education, plan modifications, etc. Our benefits call center guarantees a same-day response to employee/employer inquiries.
Every client is assigned two dedicated account managers who will initiate monthly
outreach phone calls. These calls present an opportunity, in addition to the
quarterly meeting, to address those issues that are not revealed through the
call center and establish a medium to "touch base" and exchange ideas.
Technology
To further support the ABA commitment to service, each client gets access to an Internet web portal for claims data and other matters. This is a 24-hour, seven-days-a-week resource that allows clients to get answers without phone calls and outside of business hours.

The client marketing forum
We realize that employee benefits is just a part of the concerns of many companies. Companies want to have increased revenues, make relationships, and work smarter, not harder.
Knowing this, ABA has established the Client Marketing
Forum. This
provides a ready-made "rolodex" of potential new customers, as the forum
provides ABA's clients the ability to market each other.
